The Grove
Where you'll be
Where raw industrial character meets Fountain Square's creative soul. This 3BR/2.5BA home is your base for Indy's most vibrant neighborhood — coffee, live music, amazing food, and craft distilleries steps from your door. Inside, exposed edges and artsy details set the mood; outside, the building speaks the neighborhood's language with fire pit and stock tank pool. Spacious enough for the whole crew, soulful enough to remember. Downtown Indy is one mile away — but you may never want to leave.
The Grove, by The Olive District - Fountain Square's Coolest Hideaway
This is The Grove — a thoughtfully designed, art-filled 3-bedroom home in Indy's most vibrant neighborhood. Where exposed brick meets contemporary design, where a life-size fox in a three-piece suit greets you at the door, and where every detail tells a story worth sharing. This is the kind of place you'll be talking about on the drive home.
Whether you're splashing in the stock tank pool, competing in the garage on Golden Tee, or sipping coffee at the kitchen island before a day of exploring Fountain Square — The Grove is designed for people who want more than just a place to sleep.
Less than 2 miles from downtown Indianapolis (Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and the Convention Center are all within 3 miles), but you may never want to leave Fountain Square. Coffee, live music, craft distilleries, and amazing food are steps from your door. When you're ready to venture out, a quick $8–$10 Uber gets you anywhere.
Need more space for a bigger group? Our sister property, The Olive Square by The Olive District, is just down the street and sleeps up to 8. Book both and take over the neighborhood.

THE SPACE
Step inside and feel the difference immediately. The main living area combines sophisticated design with genuine warmth — a leather sectional, velvet accent chairs, and a marble coffee table anchored by exposed brick, reclaimed wood beams, and wood-paneled ceiling details. This is more curated loft than typical rental.
The kitchen continues the story with slate-gray cabinetry, dramatic pendant lighting, and an oversized island built for group breakfasts and morning coffee. The centerpiece is a dedicated coffee bar featuring a Fellow coffee maker for pour-over, drip, and a tea kettle for the tea lovers. Every surface, every fixture, every corner was chosen with intention.
Two original murals by a local Indianapolis artist bring even more personality to the space. A staircase nook with a gold Frenchie sculpture adds the kind of charm that shows up in every photo guests take.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The Crane Room (Master Suite)
1 King bed, 1 Twin daybed, 1 Trundle
Dramatic black accent walls, bold crane-print wallpaper, and matching drapery create a room that feels like a luxury boutique hotel. A sliding barn door reveals the en suite bathroom with rich tile and dark finishes. Crisp white linens, rattan nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV complete the moody, editorial vibe.
The Bunk House (Bunk Room)
1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 2 Twin beds (sleeps up to 6)
Fun and functional, The Bunk House features two sets of wood-frame bunk beds, navy curtains, and bold art that sets the tone for group adventures. This room has its own distinct energy — exactly what a crew needs.
The Sunburst Room
1 Queen bed, 1 Twin pull-out chair
East-facing windows flood this room with morning sun. The sunburst wallpaper, arched forest-green velvet headboard, and crisp white linens create a warm, earthy retreat. Blackout drapes give you the option to sleep in, but you might not want to.
The Loft Nook (Bonus Space)
Up the cable-rail staircase lives one of The Grove's best-kept secrets — a tucked-away lounge with a one-of-a-kind red VW bus couch, aviation photography, and individual reading sconces. Drop a record on the turntable and let the world slow down. Perfect for the night owl, a quiet afternoon read, or the guest who just wants their own little world.
Total capacity: Sleeps 12 across 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
ENTERTAINMENT & RECREATION
Private backyard with stock tank pool, firepit, and outdoor lounge space — your own paradise for relaxation and fun.
Garage game room featuring a Golden Tee arcade, putting green, and a dedicated TV. Whether you're competing with your crew or just messing around, this space has serious play appeal.
Five TVs throughout the home, plus 1GB fiber Wi-Fi — stream, work, or do both without worry.
KITCHEN & DINING
Slate-gray cabinetry and dramatic pendant lighting frame an oversized island made for group gatherings. The dedicated coffee bar with a Fellow coffee maker is your morning ritual space — pour-over, drip, or tea service, you've got what you need.
In-unit washer and dryer keep your crew refreshed throughout the stay.
NEIGHBORHOOD & NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

These do not record any audio, simply detect decibel levels. We ask that you keep outdoor music family friendly and at appropriate levels as to not disturb the neighbors.
SECURITY CAMERAS
We have a Google Nest doorbell camera, an outdoor camera facing the street / fence gate and an outdoor camera / floodlight directed towards the alley on the back of the garage that will record video and audio. These are primarily to ensure safety and access for our service staff.
There are NO cameras inside of the house. We have a Google Nest Thermostat in the living room and a temperature sensor in the upstairs bedroom. These help our thermostat to control temperature best for our guest.
A noise & smoke monitoring device are present and will inform us of noise levels exceeding those allowed by the city or if smoking is present inside the home.

What Our Guests Are Saying
-
Kristin’s place was great. Incredible redesign of a traditional timber framed house with great amenities and every modern comfort in this trendy and up and coming area of Indy. Don’t miss the fountain square restaurants and local shops and coffee shops….

My daughter, granddaughter and her three children were visiting us and stayed there and were amazed and thrilled with the house, amenities and cleanliness of the house! I am sure when they return next from GA they will want us to secure this house for them again! It was a bit of a trip to get to us as road work is always in progress but hoping next time most of that is behind them and they can scoot on over here! All in all, they LOVED it and that is all that counts to GiGi!!!!

This was one of the best Airbnb stays we've had. The home is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed without feeling overdone. Every detail was considered, from the amenities to the security system, making it comfortable for families or adults looking for a relaxing getaway. The host was fantastic. Communication was proactive from booking through checkout with helpful emails and QR codes that answered every question before we even had to ask. She was attentive without being intrusive. The location is perfect—peaceful and tucked away, yet just minutes from restaurants, shopping, live shows, and outdoor activities. The area is under construction, but we saw that as a positive because it's clear the community is growing with improved access and new homes. We'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

From the time we booked the home, Kristin was extremely responsive and helpful with all of my questions. Her replies were literally within a half hour. The pictures of the home were spot on. Checking in was a breeze. And the home??? It was AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL! We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The home was spotless. You can immediately tell that a lot of detail went into making you feel at home. It is aesthetically inviting. The beds were so comfy. There was more than enough closet space. The kitchen was spacious and contained everything needed to cook meals or just hang out. The backyard space was adorable. Plenty of sitting space, a grill, a fire pit, and a super cute container pool. The bathrooms were spotless and had beautiful fixtures and made your shower seem kind of like a spa experience. There is a washer and dryer available if needed. There also is an adorable sitting space upstairs between the bedrooms. The area has really cool areas to explore.

The backyard is surrounded by an abundance of mature trees. I soaked in the tank pool and enjoyed the sound of birds singing. The beds are comfortable and are made with luxurious linens. Water pressure is good and guests can set the thermostat at a comfortable temperature during their stay. I was extremely pleased with our accommodations and highly recommend this home to you.
