Where you'll be

Property location map

Where raw industrial character meets Fountain Square's creative soul. This 3BR/2.5BA home is your base for Indy's most vibrant neighborhood — coffee, live music, amazing food, and craft distilleries steps from your door. Inside, exposed edges and artsy details set the mood; outside, the building speaks the neighborhood's language with fire pit and stock tank pool. Spacious enough for the whole crew, soulful enough to remember. Downtown Indy is one mile away — but you may never want to leave.

The Grove, by The Olive District - Fountain Square's Coolest Hideaway

This is The Grove — a thoughtfully designed, art-filled 3-bedroom home in Indy's most vibrant neighborhood. Where exposed brick meets contemporary design, where a life-size fox in a three-piece suit greets you at the door, and where every detail tells a story worth sharing. This is the kind of place you'll be talking about on the drive home.

Whether you're splashing in the stock tank pool, competing in the garage on Golden Tee, or sipping coffee at the kitchen island before a day of exploring Fountain Square — The Grove is designed for people who want more than just a place to sleep.

Less than 2 miles from downtown Indianapolis (Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and the Convention Center are all within 3 miles), but you may never want to leave Fountain Square. Coffee, live music, craft distilleries, and amazing food are steps from your door. When you're ready to venture out, a quick $8–$10 Uber gets you anywhere.

Need more space for a bigger group? Our sister property, The Olive Square by The Olive District, is just down the street and sleeps up to 8. Book both and take over the neighborhood.

THE SPACE

Step inside and feel the difference immediately. The main living area combines sophisticated design with genuine warmth — a leather sectional, velvet accent chairs, and a marble coffee table anchored by exposed brick, reclaimed wood beams, and wood-paneled ceiling details. This is more curated loft than typical rental.

The kitchen continues the story with slate-gray cabinetry, dramatic pendant lighting, and an oversized island built for group breakfasts and morning coffee. The centerpiece is a dedicated coffee bar featuring a Fellow coffee maker for pour-over, drip, and a tea kettle for the tea lovers. Every surface, every fixture, every corner was chosen with intention.

Two original murals by a local Indianapolis artist bring even more personality to the space. A staircase nook with a gold Frenchie sculpture adds the kind of charm that shows up in every photo guests take.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The Crane Room (Master Suite)

1 King bed, 1 Twin daybed, 1 Trundle

Dramatic black accent walls, bold crane-print wallpaper, and matching drapery create a room that feels like a luxury boutique hotel. A sliding barn door reveals the en suite bathroom with rich tile and dark finishes. Crisp white linens, rattan nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV complete the moody, editorial vibe.

The Bunk House (Bunk Room)

1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 2 Twin beds (sleeps up to 6)

Fun and functional, The Bunk House features two sets of wood-frame bunk beds, navy curtains, and bold art that sets the tone for group adventures. This room has its own distinct energy — exactly what a crew needs.

The Sunburst Room

1 Queen bed, 1 Twin pull-out chair

East-facing windows flood this room with morning sun. The sunburst wallpaper, arched forest-green velvet headboard, and crisp white linens create a warm, earthy retreat. Blackout drapes give you the option to sleep in, but you might not want to.

The Loft Nook (Bonus Space)

Up the cable-rail staircase lives one of The Grove's best-kept secrets — a tucked-away lounge with a one-of-a-kind red VW bus couch, aviation photography, and individual reading sconces. Drop a record on the turntable and let the world slow down. Perfect for the night owl, a quiet afternoon read, or the guest who just wants their own little world.

Total capacity: Sleeps 12 across 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

ENTERTAINMENT & RECREATION

Private backyard with stock tank pool, firepit, and outdoor lounge space — your own paradise for relaxation and fun.

Garage game room featuring a Golden Tee arcade, putting green, and a dedicated TV. Whether you're competing with your crew or just messing around, this space has serious play appeal.

Five TVs throughout the home, plus 1GB fiber Wi-Fi — stream, work, or do both without worry.

KITCHEN & DINING

Slate-gray cabinetry and dramatic pendant lighting frame an oversized island made for group gatherings. The dedicated coffee bar with a Fellow coffee maker is your morning ritual space — pour-over, drip, or tea service, you've got what you need.

In-unit washer and dryer keep your crew refreshed throughout the stay.
